WHO WANTS CHANTERELLE STROGANOFF?

Nathan Cline designed this mushroom forager’s knife to answer the problems of standard mushroom harvesters: Super-sharp to ensure a clean, environmentally friendly cut, easy to hold and comfortable in the hand, and large enough even for the giant (but delicious) boletes of the Pacific Northwest rainforests.

Beautifully made, the knife includes a paracord lanyard, allowing the user to grip the knife securely or carry it around the neck. It’s tucked into a fitted leather sheath carved with Nathan’s favorite ‘shrooms, which can be carried hands-free around the neck or on the belt.
